Possible bug: Temporary files left on filesystem after decoding an .SRW file (0.14.4)

Machine type (via `uname -a'):

Linux konata-chan 3.2.0-37-generic #58-Ubuntu SMP Thu Jan 24 15:28:10 UTC 2013 x86_64 x86_64 x86_64 GNU/Linux

Steps to reproduce:
1) With a valid application or test harness incorporating libraw, attempt to decode an .s rw into a JPEG and save the result to disk.

Notice that a 'stray' file containing the name of the saved image and the process id is left behind in the directory where the conversion took place.

(Sample .srw files that exhibit the behaviour may be found at http://www.photographyblog.com/reviews/samsung_nx1000_review/sample_images/ )

Could you please provide more

Could you please provide more details about your working environment:
- what application do you use for decode files?
- what LibRaw version do you use?

In this case, I'm using

In this case, I'm using Shotwell 0.13.1+trunk, and we're using LibRaw version 0.14.4.

Sorry, no 0.14.4 on hand

Sorry, no 0.14.4 on hand (this is more-than-one-year version).

I've made a quick check: downloaded LibRaw 0.14.7 Win32 binary from http://www.libraw.org/download#stable
and use dcraw_emu.exe for decoding Samsung NX-100 SRW file.

No additional files appear, only expected .tiff or .ppm one.
