Use of Rawspeed 2

Hi,

I would like to be able to use LibRaw with RawSpeed 2.

Recently RawSpeed has been updated.
It no longer needs libxml.

However, rawspeed support coded in libraw (notably in 'libraw_cxx.cpp') still targets the original version of RawSpeed.

Can you make LibRaw compatible with RawSpeed 2?
If not, what needs to be changed, in general?
