Things become stranger: Things become stranger: recompiled LibRaw 0,17 and the problem gone. Now I cannot reproduce the problem. Anyway, the file is broken (metadata incomplete). I still do not know why it not unpacked by 0.17-WIn32-binary from this site and no way to know it because the problem looks un-reproducible.
