[patch] fix dcraw emulation binary
Attached is a patch which fixes the dcraw_emu output filename from eg 'raw.nef.ppm' to 'raw.ppm' or 'raw.tiff'; this brings the behaviour inline with Dave Coffin's dcraw tool.
