LibRaw 0.12.2 is available at download area

This version fixes problems that occur while processing certain files from Fujifilm Finepix S5500 cameras. In addition, several annoying bugs in pkgconfig are addressed, and the order of the placement of #include directives has been changed to simplify KDE/Win32 builds using Visual C++.
